Julie brings nearly 15 years of experience to the real estate market and a lifetime of experience with the Montclair/Glen Ridge area. Attending both Montclair Kimberly Academy and the Montclair Public School district (where her 2 boys currently attend) she has an intimate knowledge of the intricacies of children's schooling options.
Her expertise goes well beyond the basics. Studying the local market and staying up to date on the ever-changing trends in real estate are crucial to marketing, pricing and successfully selling or purchasing your home. Julie understands that buying or selling a home means so much more than a quick close, and she has mastered the delicate balance between the business transaction and the emotional intricacies of the entire process.
Julie's personalized service is unique in today's real estate market. While she has a wonderfully collaborative coterie, she does not have a host of agents with whom you work; rather you will deal directly with her at all times. She epitomizes integrity, energy and hard work in every aspect of your real estate transaction.
Accomplished in her field and engaging personally, you will feel as though you are her only client as she navigates you through the process.
She is professional and light-hearted all a once, and promises to bring you much needed peace of mind as you embark on your real estate journey.
